We partner with all the leading courier providers including BLUE DARTDELHIVERY, ECOM EXPRESSFEDEX,  PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, XPRESSBEES, SPEED POST and use their respective services depending on where the delivery is required. After years of delivering products all over the country we have deep knowledge of which courier service is best for a particular region/state thereby ensuring that delivery is completed in time. Deliveries in areas which are not served by couriers companies are handled via Speed Post.

Confirm Availability of Stock before Placing Order for Faster Shipments

Faster the shipment, faster the delivery. The shipment can take upto 48 hours from the date on which the order is placed. Therefore, it is advisable to contact us through our whatsapp number (9599460225) number to confirm availability of stock. If the stock is readily available, we might process your order on the same day (if order is placed before 11:00 A.M.). Our customers have appreciated the fact that we offer them shipments faster than any other online platform. So, if you want your order to be dispatched on the same day, you just need to take the following steps:

1)      Confirm stock availability with us through whatsapp/e-mail/chat. We prefer whatsapp (on 9599460225) above all other means as we can reply to your queries immediately.

2)      Once we have confirmed the stock availability, you just need to place the order before 11:00 A.M. so that we can book your pick up for the same day.

3)      Once your order has been picked up by the relevant courier partner, you will be notified about the same through various means.

4)      In adverse case scenario, if because of unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control, your order cannot be shipped on the same day, we assure you of dispatch on the next working day. We will keep you updated regarding the same.

We ship items pan India, and charge a flat shipping rate per item based on the zone where item needs to be delivered.


What is Dispatch Date? Is it Different from the Delivery date?

Please note that dispatch date is the the maximum date within which your parcel will be shipped. Kindly don't take it as the delivery date. Delivery date is the date by which you can expect delivery and actual delivery period varies from region to region. You are requested to contact us before placing the order in case you want immediate delivery.

Immediate delivery orders like on the same day (except for Self Collection in the State of Delhi) or on the next day are currently not accepted by us. 

Do You Ship Parcels on Sunday?

No shipments are done on Sunday as it is off for the courier companies. So, if you place an order on Saturday after 11:00 A.M. or on Sunday (and the stock is available), your order will be shipped on Monday only.

What Should I Give as Shipping Address?


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that correct address (be it residential or corporate) is provided at the time of placing the order. Any delays in delivery or non-delivery on account of address related issues will be the responsibility of the customer. Our team mostly confirms address from the customer before shipment through whatsapp. In case of return of parcel to us because of address related issues, we will be processing complete refund of the cost of item only. The refund will be processed only after the item has been received by us. Customers, will need to provide us with their bank details. The details of refund will be shared once the same has been processed from our end. 

In some cases, the orders are handed over at the security office/gate of the society as courier boys may not be allowed entry inside the premises or at the instruction of the buyer. Though this occurs very rarely, we have experienced such scenarios in the past. Sometimes, the parcel is also handed over to the neighbour.

We request our customers to place orders with their residence as the shipping address. However, in limited situations, where the order is placed with company address, the following policy/rule will apply:

In case of company addresses, the parcel may be delivered to the customer in person (if possible) or handed over at the reception (in most of the cases). Since, we are independent of the courier companies and delivery boys are not our employees, we have limited control over how these companies perform their operations. Please note that the delivery boy may or may not contact you at the time of delivery.

Our team will provide you with full support (including sharing of consignment number, destination branch contact number and raising issue with our local branch) in case of any issue. However, in case of corporate addresses, acceptance by the reception area or any third person who is an employee in the company will be treated as agent of the buyer and the item will be considered as delivered if are able to provide proof of delivery (stamp/signature) to the customer.
